Kundalini Yoga: is the yoga of awareness.  With a science of sequence (kriya’s) in combination of breath, movement, poses, chanting (sound current) to increase mental clarity. It balances the glandular, immunity and nervous system to increase your stamina and vitality. With each class brining in meditation to help clear negative patterns and connect with your higher consciousness.  This discipline has potential for each individual with no previous experience necessary.
